• Custom Analytics Dashboard: Crafted a dynamic, user-centric SaaS management dashboard that visualizes key performance metrics, empowering stakeholders with actionable insights for strategic decisions and resource optimization.
• Collaborative POC Development: Participated in cross-disciplinary brainstorming and technical review sessions, contributing valuable perspectives to shape IT governance and SaaS management proofs of concept (POCs).
